How it all began
The Village of Colsterworth, located in South Lincolnshire is the home of Colsterworth Honey Farm. The Proprietor Brian Halsey inherited his passion for bees at a young age from his father Frank who started keeping bees in the 1940’s. Brian kept up the interest through to 2002 when he decided to develop the business commercially thus fulfilling a lifelong ambition. Since then production has grown and now Brian’s sons James and John, third generation, are also a part of the family run business.
